Is my product eligible for Return?

Products are eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify, the product must be:

  • In its original packaging

  • Unused, unopened, and sealed

  • With all original tags & labels intact

In cases involving:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Item in box damaged (but shipping box intact)

  • Missing item in order

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with images/videos of the packaging and the product. The standard 14-day return policy will not apply in these cases.

📹 We highly recommend capturing an unboxing video to serve as evidence for such claims.

Not eligible for return (except in case of manufacturing defect):

  • Workout Equipment / Accessories

Cases not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used items

  • Complaints of taste, health issues (please consult a nutritionist or brand directly)

  • Items with tampered scratch codes, serial numbers

  • Freebies provided with the item

  • Individual items from a combo


What happens if I receive a fake product?

Arnold Food does not allow third-party sellers. All products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our own warehouse, ensuring authenticity.
We are the official, authorised, and certified sellers of all listed brands. Thus, receiving a fake product is not possible from our platform.
For authenticity verification, you may contact the respective brand with images and batch numbers.


What happens if the product is close to expiry?

We stock fresh inventory weekly from brands or official importers. For transparency:

  • Products with more than 18 months shelf life → 4 months or less remaining = near expiry

  • Products with 12 to 18 months shelf life → 2 months or less remaining = near expiry

Occasionally, we may sell near-expiry products on special offers or in a clearance sale, and the expiry date will be clearly mentioned.


How do I initiate a return?

To request a return, please email us via the contact form on the Help Center page.
Include:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Relevant images or videos to support the case


What is the Return Process?

Once your request is approved:

  • Our courier partner will be assigned for pickup

  • You’ll receive instructions via email

  • Please securely package the product to avoid damage during return transit


How will the refund be processed?

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect


Where can I view the status of Return / Refund?

Go to the ‘My Orders’ section in your account.
You can check your Return / Refund status there.


What should I do if the shipping box is damaged?

If the shipping box is:

  • Damaged

  • Tampered

  • Delivered without Arnold Food-branded tape

Please reject the order at delivery, even if it’s prepaid, and contact us immediately.
We will resolve the issue or initiate a refund.


What happens if my order shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it?

In rare cases, if the order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Notify us within 2 days of the delivery notification

  • We will take action with the courier or delivery agent to resolve the issue


How long does it take to process refunds?

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of approval.
Once initiated, your bank may take up to 7 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
